Six Week Health Week Four : Oatmeal and coconut cheesecake
Delicious and super healthy cheesecake !! It is delicious and easy to do! A way to eat the delicious cheesecake dessert without having to bake and also super healthy! Fun fact: The properties of oatmeal complement perfectly with yogurt: Yogurt contains probiotics, healthy bacteria for the intestinal flora, which will proliferate thanks to the fiber of oats. It provides satiety when weight loss plans are followed, it helps with weight control.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons oatmeal
Coffee prepared and sweetened
1 firm vanilla or low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp cream cheese
2 spoons grated coconut (optional)
Sweetener
1 tablespoon Jam red berries
Steps
1.-Pour 3 tablespoons of oatmeal into a jar and then pour coffee until just past it. Wait a little to be absorbed.
2.-Mix the FIRM yogurt with a spoon to make it creamy. Then pour the yogurt, the cream cheese, the 2 tablespoons of coconut and the sweetener and mix very well.
3.-Pour the cheesecake mixture over the oatmeal and then add marmalade.
4.-Optionally add more grated coconut and then cover. Take the refrigerator for the whole night and eat it for breakfast or do it in the morning, leave it in the refrigerator all day and eat it for dessert!
5.-And to enjoy a healthy cheesecake! All the flavor of the cheesecake but healthier !! Dessert without fault😜😋😋
