Hello friends of the steemit community, grateful to be able to share with you and with @sweetsssj and @healthsquared also because they give us the opportunity to participate every week in a new challenge for health, in this opportunity we have to prepare a healthy and healthy dessert as we all love desserts then to enjoy this preparation and share with my loved ones this delicious dessert especially with the love of my life my husband Vicente who must have a very healthy diet for his health condition parkinson and good to consent with a delicious dessert carrot and oat cookies.

For me cooking is one of the greatest pleasures of life, and if it is a much better dessert, take the decision to participate in this great challenge with the rich recipe of carrot and oat cookies because they are very healthy foods, which contribute to the body vitamins and prevent diseases.

CARROTS AND OATS COOKIES

Ingredients:

A cup of flaked oat, a spoonful of honey, an egg, a spoonful of coconut oil, a half cup of milk, a cup of wholemeal flour, a cup of carrot and a spoonful of orange zest.

Preparation:

In a bowl all the ingredients are placed and mixed well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, then it is placed in a baking tray to which wax paper is placed or oil and flour so that the cookies do not stick. the forms that everyone likes, is baked in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, when they are golden they are taken out of the oven and left to cool and ready to share with whomever you like.
