A Local Silver Buy

in #silver5 years ago

I know it's not as exciting as more Bitcoin or even ASM 300, but I decided to convert some USD into junk silver today at a local store. I'm probably late to the party given recent silver gains, but I do love those Franklin dollars.

I'm thinking maybe be buy a bit more each week until silver clears $20 USD an ounce. Does that seem foolish, fellow Steem silver bugs?

Thanks - I really like the Franklins, for some reason

Well, I think silver and gold are a bit overvalued currently, but I've always liked those silver pieces, and have a few of them myself. Silver is a pretty nice metal to have. You really gotta get it at a pretty good deal for it to be really worth it though, as most places charge quite a bit for it, and it has years where it just crashes in value.

I know - i overpaid given it was a local shop, but I was feeling good after 24 ounces of coffee. It was either silver or the Bitcoin ATM, but the ATM is still broken, so easy decision!

If you enjoy exposing yourself toward silver is cool!

I do, but I love my Bitcoin a lot too!
