It rains here, as I read in your post that it's hot, it would be normal to talk like this, but the fact is that climate change makes winter more, stronger and so with summer, the truth is a problem that we all see and Governments lose valuable time.

The Major Cause of Climate Change is the Sun... The Sun gives us Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall... We used to call them Seasons... Now we call it Climate Change...lol...
