With my own account, I did find people writing and being kind of lost. I must say out of them most are very active today and post in different communities. A part no longer talks to me but that's fine.

Out of those (new) ones upvoted by the team in September, I noticed many left after one month. Also, others left before summer started because? Can be they come back once it's winter or there are holidays or.. it's not always clear. I do notice that if I am active and comment, answer questions and give a hand (even if they don't ask me but no one answers) they are more motivated to join and figure out what to do.

The good writers? I came up with a club from a different platform where I was asked to write on Steemit. They all went back. The good ones I met here? A part died and others are still writing on different platforms or are ill and can no longer write (who knows they come back).

I try to connect with people and give them a hand and with a part I have contact outside of Steemit and lately I see some come back who were very active and are good writers (some just need a push into the right direction or a pat on the back).

I am not sure if Italy is a split or more not accepted and therefore decided to go their own way or decided to stick to their own rules but the atmosphere is overall good which makes it easier to post for someone like me (no community for my nationality which I would never join again, and there are plenty who made clear that I don't belong to their country and my ideas are not appreciated to make the community grow.)

I once wrote about Steem Venezuela or Venezuela Steem and although many joined my contests in the past there never was a click with them and there's no support back. I once explained that it looks to me like those communities are all the same and I can't tell the difference (I don't speak Spanish which can be the reason but I also see the same faces being active). So if it comes to them and My Bangla Blog they indeed are a world on their own. A world where you easily feel an intruder. Btw there are plenty European and Western (American) writers who kept writing but they aren't in the mood to join all the fuss. After all those years they taught themselves to write and do it when I felt to it and next to that a big part is an investor.

Utopia.. most likely it is what we (personally) want it to be. Is it possible to check everything that is posted? I am afraid that's not possible and in most cases, all one can do is let it go and let (if there is a moderator) let this person deal with it.
I can only speak for myself but I see a huge loss of creative writing, story writers, artists, creativity. Here these words are just words attached to every text. I miss that and the fun we had but I keep searching and if there's one new motivated person per month I am satisfied.
