My mother-in-law died before her dream to come true, unfortunately, as she suffered from a severe diabetes so she couldn't live as long as we expected. It happens, that's life...
Oh, I'm very sorry about that. It's a pity when you can't get at least partially closer to your dreams in life. I hope she was still happy with her existence.
Well, my mother-in-law carried on a very hard life. 4 times widowed, raising 8 children into extreme poverty (even no house, sleeping in the fields, cooking outdoors on woods). During her third aged, compelled to share her modest pension with unemployed sons and daughters, in-laws, grandchildren and even their friends at the point she couldn't afford a medical insurance. But that's life for various third and fourth aged in the third and fourth world...this is the reality in the south of the world.
It hurts to imagine... And for the children, such a difficult start is incredibly unfair. Unfortunately, I can only offer you sympathy and no way out of this social misery...
