Mallorca sheep cheese producers

This the photo I've made in February in the beautiful village in Mallorca.
It represent the white mallorcan sheep.
The white Mallorcan sheep, as well as other races (Corsican, Sardinian and Sicilian), is related to the sheep of the Mediterranean islands. Thyey have played an important role in the commercial activities between the islands of the Mediterranean.
Thanks to them Mallorca is bigger producer of the dairy products from sheep's milk (very tasty cheese!), but first of all they are the meat providers in many dishes in there.
