[VIDEO] Dear Companies - Your Customer Service SUCKS!
This happens far too often, and I really wish it didn't, but when it comes to customer service to the deaf over the phone, it's non-existent. Instead I'm met with a special kind of rudeness that makes me want to slap the skin off someone's face. I'm not a telemarketer, stop treating me like I am one for having a disability.
