Nothing has changed. Is you RC and VP full? This would be the first place to look at if you aren't casting votes very often.
My RC is 100% and VP is always above 95%???
If your voting power does not recharge to 100% it waits to vote which can be up to 12 hours. Our next release is going to add a bunch of new settings and features that gives users far more control over the voting! Checking your VP we see it is currently at 94% which would explain the delay. Get ready for Elysian Fields (next release) and you will be able to adjust the way ShadowBot votes!
