Prostate massage
Prostate massage is the stimulation of the prostate gland, which is part of the male reproductive system. It can be done through the perineum, or in a more intensive way through the rectum.
Medical uses for prostate massage include digital rectal examination (DRE) for searching for anomalies such as cancer and obtaining prostatic secretion for analysis. It also has been used against prostatitis but scientific trials have shown it is uneffective.
As sexual practice, prostate stimulation can produce stronger and more powerful orgasms than solely penile stimulation, and also can produce orgasm on its own. Stimulation can be done by using fingers and sexual toys (including vibrators and electro stimulators) In case of introducing in the anus fingers or sexual toys, the male should be relaxed and sexual aroused before starting, and it is important to do it with lubrication (a sexual lube is highly recommended) and slowly, alllowing the anus to gradually adapt to the insertion.
