What's up brother! The pic does look oddly familiar! :-) Just wanted to let you know, when you get some time check out your wallet. Click the button that say redeem rewards and you will earn your first paycheck! Most of it will actually be liquid. You should start collecting a little more moving forward! When you redeem your rewards isn’t the same as cashing out. It’s more like cashing a paycheck. If you want to sell anything you need an exchange wallet. I use Coinbase.com.
