Cut it out

My first story I'm going to kiss (keep it short n simple)
Over the years I've been through many different states, as we all have I am sure. From the worst of depression to the truest heights of ecstasy. What I have learned is that being in a low frequency such as anger/anxiety/guilt etc... doesn't attract anything pleasant into our lives except the people that are to help us out of it. These beings of light as I like to call them may arise a new emotion called envy/jealousy. These emotions are of no help what so ever and I suggest dropping them as soon as you recognize them. Instead you can be thankful for their presence because they are showing you a better attainable state that you can also achieve. Not only can we achieve these higher states but we can sustain them if we train our brain and heart to maintain it. Ways that I have learned to increase my vibration is to firstly remove myself from the people in your life who may be holding your vibe down to their level. Get yourself some more uplifting friends, or a dog to keep you up beat. Music has really helped me climb out of my lowest states and I have to thank it more and more every day. Eating real earthly naturally coloured foods is a big factor; at one point I was only eating an apple, orange, banana, and as much greens as possible (notice that is going in an upwards direction of the chakras colours) is it a coincidence that my life drastically improved since then? I think not; I believe we need to cut out any toxicity out of our lives, whether it is toxic people, music, or foods. There are also toxic thoughts that have patterns but that is a whole different story. Thank you for reading, if anybody has any criticism I am fully open to hearing it.
