Positivity Challenge with @SteemitCentral Day 6/60

in scpc •  7 months ago

Contentment is not the fulfilment of what you want – it is the realization of how much you already have! Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not.

Contentment is better than riches. Riches are not from abundance of worldly goods, but from a contented mind.

A contented man is never poor, whilst the discontented man is never rich. Content makes poor men rich; discontent makes rich men poor.

A contented man is a happy man. As long as you are content with yourself, what anyone else has to say about you means nothing.

Thank you for stopping by.

howdy sir quotes-haven! hey that third line is so dang true! if people cold learn to be content instead of ruled by greed and a lust for power just think how many lives could be saved! thank you sir.

howdy janton. I noticed you addressed everyone sir. What a gentlemen! You can call me Vincent - just Vincent will do. :-)
Yes, greed and lust for power are diseases threatening humanity. We only need very little to get by.

well sir...I mean Vincent..how about sir Vincent? lol... ok okk...uh..well we may only NEED very little to get by but that doesn't jive with my personal wealth philosophy which is that I want to be wealthy so I can help more people.
Blessed to be a blessing to others.I think that's the main reason for wealth.

If only more people think like you. :-) Cheers!

sir Vincent! I hope you are doing well on this fine Wednesday..well I think tons of people think like that but unfortunately the ones I know that think like that are all poor as church mice! lol.

I don't know if wealthy people started out thinking like that and then changed when they got wealth but it seems many are just so selfish!

That's the sad reality. But hey, to each his own. We do our best and we do what we can.
