I am tempted to believe technology will surely cause the extinction of modern man as we see today.

Now I'm thinking about the 6th mass extinction. Do you think technology would be a major player in it? Also, do you think humans would be extinct or evolved into something beyond human? All these questions would be answered one day, hopefully.

I can imagine the amount of efforts that were directed at gathering information.
