Pemangsa dan Ancaman : selain manusia, musuh paus adalah paus pembunuh yang menyerang anak-anak paus. Kehidupan sosial : paus hidup dalam kelompok keluarga.

Reproduksi : Kematangan Seksual : 5-7 tahun. Perkawinan : saat tiba musim kawin, paus jantan bernyanyi untuk memikat betina. Masa Kehamilan : 10-12 bulan. Perkembangbiakan : seekor anak setiap 4-5 tahun. Induk paus menyusi anaknya selama dua tahun.

Perlindungan : Paus terancam punah, jumlah paus makin menurun karena dampak dari perburuan. Populasi paus saat ini di dunia lebih kurang 10.000 ekor.

Lain-lain : Kecepatan : 50 km/jam. Bahasa : paus kadang mengeram. Paus bisa menghasilkan suara ultrasonik, mencicit dan bersuit saat sedang makan.
