China's 8.5 Tons Space Station Lost Control. It Will Fall to the World
China has lost control of Tiangong-1, which it sent to space in 2011, and will fall to the world.
Experts do not have any information about where the crash point will be yet. It looks a bit scary.

Actually, we should not be too scared. In 1991, the Soviet Union's 20-ton salyut 7 spacecraft hang out into another 20-ton spacecraft and fall to the world. I will write them in a series.
Part of the satellite will eventually burn up as it enters the atmosphere and drag force will rip metal off the body. The main concern here is how did they lose control and assuming contact as well of the satellite.
