Very interesting. Sometimes upon waking I can almost recall dreams which are so abstract they seem to have no relationship with this world. My subconscious mind is working on the gist of other universes in its downtime.

Attempting to recall something before bedtime is the best method that I've yet found to memorise something. It works so well compared to repetition - phenomenally well.

Sleep and forming memories are so incredibly intertwined. I think we have only just begun to scratch the surface to understanding how to most effectively get information into our brains.
