Jehovah is our great shepherd.
This psalm is a great declaration of faith by the psalmist David and today you can make it yours.
A pastor is a person who has the office to guard, guide and shepherd, is a person who has been given authority within a Christian church to direct and care for a congregation of believers.
However, in this psalm we can find one of the most beloved declarations of all believers, since he contains the glorious essence of the greatest shepherd that brings life, hope, security, peace and protection, a perfect pastor in all the extension of the word, willing to love you, forgive you and give you life in abundance.

Jesus went far beyond where no one could go, gave his life for his sheep, something very incomprehensible to the human mind, so through this psalm David reflects the greatness of the promise and the perfection of his love for each one of us .
There is a glorious promise for those who believe. If you believe that Jesus is your shepherd, nothing will be lacking, for he will supply everything that is necessary according to his riches in glory.
When he says that "nothing will be lacking" is because you will not lack anything, God will add to your life, your family, ministry ... every day every provision and economic, social and spiritual sustenance.
Besides, it will not only give us what we need, but it also promises us rest. How wonderful is our God! - It says in places of delicate pastures will make me rest- What it means that my Jesus will give me peace in the storm will take my afflictions and will give me comfort and hope
Jesus fills our anxious or discouraged soul daily. He more than anyone knows our human need, therefore there is no one to match his love, understanding and mercy.
His presence will always be with us and will keep us in the midst of any affliction.
