In Acts 16: 25-26, we are told what happened while Paul and Silas prayed in the prison of Philippi:

But at midnight, Paul and Silas prayed, sang hymns to God; and the prisoners heard them. Then, suddenly, there was a great earthquake, so the foundations of the prison were shaking; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were released.

The unexpected is exactly that, something that happens without waiting. Many call this a "sudden" season that comes to the life of a Christian.
You can live in a difficult time and with many problems, maybe you woke up today with overwhelming adversity and today the solution comes "suddenly" to your life, and you have to go to bed without that problem and have a well-deserved rest. .

Something terrible was living Paul and Silas, they accused them of bothering the city of Philippi for being innocent, this lie they said about them, led them to go through a hard process of suffering, anguish and pain. In addition to hitting them with a stick, they took him to a prison. However, Paul and Silas, very sore, sang and prayed; While they sang and prayed at midnight, it is said in the Word that something happened that was not expected. The Word says that "suddenly" there was a great earthquake. Something supernatural came from God, something that both Paul and Silas did not expect, but that this happened for the benefit and welfare of both the jailer and the prisoners.

A "sudden" is a unique and special moment that comes from God to benefit and bless you in an excellent way and provide you with liberation and a better answer for any problem you are facing.

When something happens without waiting and it's from God, it's because it brings great wonderful things.

The same thing happened in the high place where 120 people gathered waiting for the promise of the Holy Spirit and says the Word in Acts 2: 1-2

When Pentecost arrived, everyone was unanimous. And suddenly, a roar came from the sky like a strong wind blowing, which filled the whole house where they were sitting.

The description "like a wind" is a reference of the Holy Spirit that was poured out on all who were in that place. He says that "suddenly" a roar came from heaven. The unexpected occurrence of this event marked forever the presence of God through his Spirit in his people, that is, in the church. This is something glorious and wonderful that came with a "sudden".

You must fully trust God above the adverse circumstances we may be living, God will send a "sudden" to your life and bring the earthquake that will shake your problem and open the doors for a better solution. Perhaps the "sudden" thing of God is to fill him more with his presence through the Holy Spirit and he can exercise his ministry with more power.
