The importance of having a clean heart
"If I had harbored evil in my heart, the Lord would not have listened to me, but God has listened to me, he has listened to the voice of my prayer, Blessed be God, who did not reject my prayer or deny me his love!"
¿Why have a clean heart?
God always demands of us the best and gives us guidelines so that we can act according to what he establishes, and one of God's purposes is that we keep a clean heart before his presence.
God wants us to keep a clean heart before him and before the world, why? - because we need to intimidate with God, we need to approach him to have a relationship and this is possible through prayer
This means that we can not do what we think means that any negative thought will hinder our prayer means that we should have a clean heart and expose the negatives in front of him so that there is no stumbling and God can hear our prayers
because the Bible is clear to the teach us that if we have in our hearts things without forgiving bitterness, egoism, pride, anger or resentment, we have a serious problem that must be resolved immediately so that God can hear our prayer
The verse quoted makes it crystal clear that if there is evil in our hearts when we pray God does not hear that prayer our hearts have to be right when we pray
In the same way, God wants us to be good with other people before addressing Him, because when it happens otherwise, we put our own prayers at risk when we do not pray with a clean heart.
What we have in our hearts is God's immediate response to our prayers, that is, if we come to him with a sincere and clean heart and confess anything that hinders my prayer will have a victorious response but if it happens the opposite there is a separation and a response negative
Excellent @elion truly today I have been nourished with all the messages and this has not been the eception to " have a clean heart before the presence of God" is mandatory to reach their timely relief and not have hindrance to get the answer of God in our prayers
All good points to remember each day. Cleansing ones heart is important to knowing and having a relationship with God.
