https://poloniex.comI have used all 3 of those exchanges. I agree that Poloniex has a problem - I'm avoiding it. Bittrex seems to work much better.
I'm not sure if I'm new but I am always happy for a faucet. I'm doing research on these and not too clear on your motivation or what the different kinds of faucets are yet. I'm in a few though - so I get free money and I am really happy with that.
