You're justifing such an act, now tell me, a 6months old that is wearing pampers what do you tell the her, or a 5 years old that was raped? Jeeeezzzz

@sweetestglo-eu everybody is entitled to their opinions (whether 'st*pid' or reasonable). You chose to share this with the community and you ought to understand that it is a delicate issue that will generate mixed reactions. So it is logical to only counter the claim without using the word above.

You completely misunderstood my statement, the above statement is not and should not apply to children. In 2011, a young girl in my area claimed to have been raped by a man who leaves close to the street, police was involved and the young man was released after few days because the police investigator (a woman) found out that the girl involved is always putting skimpy and other dresses that according to police are tempting. Therefore the case was closed.

When we are making claims or defending a position, we need to be very clear. Your reply on skimpy cloths is a justification for why people should rape and a hindrance to people's freedom to dress. Nobody is saying girls should dress naked but what kind of cloths can a small girl wear to tempt a responsible man into raping her?

The society has rotten that we attempt to justify anything under the disguise of making claim.

For me, no 'true' rape case should be seen as the fault of the victim. The evil in the accused should be dealt with.

Thanks.

You're still justifying it, its your decision tho... @smyle i have edited it, sorry i had to let my emotions cloud my sense of reasoning. @dubem i apologise.
