Sunday long run

Just finished this week’s long run. A bit windy but sunny and nice, so I took it easy and enjoyed the woods. So grateful that my feet allows me to run without pain now. Ready for an evening with restitution and feet high!

Far from the very impressive half marathon world record of today, but here are the stats of a recreational running mum:
