Lunch run

I had the opportunity to work from home today, which also meant lunch time half hour run. Very refreshing and should probably be done daily for increased productivity.

Unfortunately running in the lunch at work is not ideal but perhaps it could be ok? I mean, there is a shower in the building. Do you have the option to run in lunch breaks at work?
