Lunch run
When it is dark both when leaving and returning from work, nothing is like running at lunch break to get some daylight. Today I ran 40 minutes in crisp clear autumn air and feel great afterwards. Lots of wet leaves on the trails now, and much mud. Tonight I will do strength training again, and I might watch Netflix while doing so. I saw that there is a new movie, The game changers, with Scott Jurek included. Anyone seen it?
