Montreal Run with Dad - Searching for the Mountain
We didn't exactly find it...
But we had a great run anyways! And that leaves me a mission for tomorrow's run! We got a little lost, did a loop-de-loop and had a great catch-up chat while we ran. I don't usually talk and run because I usually run alone and I'd forgotten what a great respiratory workout it is. Had the thought that I should start singing as I run! :)
With the getting lost, we went a little further than intended. Took a walk break around 10 km and I forgot to start Strava up again when we started running again. Probably around 14 km, all-told!
Looking forward to more running adventures on this trip!
