Nice pace, darling!

In my experience, when I run barefoot (that’s almost every time) I don’t get injured. Mainly, because I’m more present and kindly land my footsteps.

I mainly run in minimalist shoes and have even tried barefoot sandals (lunas). Unfortunately it takes more to keep these legs injury free.
