#runforsteem In the morning before the heat

Again a run through our village in the early morning.

At the current day temperatures, running in the morning is still bearable. Everywhere it was still wet from the rain at night, but the sun was already quite strong.

Anyway, we had already earned the rich breakfast.

In our historic town centre we ran in the shade between the half-timbered houses. All the other residents were probably still asleep, at least we didn't see any.

We then ran to the sports field, which lies a little outside at the edge of the forest and then vice versa. Five kilometers is enough for a Sunday morning.
