🏉 Six Nations 2018 - Are Scotland the Dark Horses of this year's tournament?

It has been a very long time since there was this much positivity surrounding Scottish Rugby, and their recent performances in the Autumn International Series has only given them more hope that they can better their performance from last year in the 6N.

Ever since Gregor Townsend has been at the Scotland helm, it seems they have surpassed the level which Vern Cotter took them to - and even that was remarkable! Could this eventually be the year for Scotland?

Scotland absolutely demolished the Wallabies and made them look like they had no place in the top 4 world rugby rankings, and marginally lost to one of the strongest New Zealand sides we have seen for a while. I don't think anyone can argue with me when I say they truly are Dark Horses of the upcoming Six Nations, and that this competition might be one of the most exciting yet!

Ultimately, their recent performances have lead to the national team rising to 5th in the world, overtaking South Africa who lost convincingly and narrowly to Ireland and Wales respectively.

Scotland get their Six Nations championship underway when they travel to Cardiff to take on Wales at the Principality Stadium, in Cardiff, on 3rd February - not long now!

My predictions are a bit controversial but I think that they will finish second, above England but below Ireland.
