Fulgurine- wishing you abundant blessings

Hi everyone I've been very busy this week i have done a lot of driving as i went to Cornwall for a few days, ive also been busy with the contest every day, it's still got a few days left to run so you can still enter and be in with a chance to win.

Without further delay i will tell you a bit about crystals in general first then about this wonderful gem called 'fulgurine'.

Most semi precious stones or quartz like substance are created or formed over millenia, often very deep underground and also under immense pressure, often with mixes of gases and or chemicals. Fulgurine on the other hand is created literally in a split second.

Anyone that knows a little bit of the language Latin would get a little hint at where it gets its name.
'Fulgar' in latin means lighning so you can now probably take an educated guess as to how this unique conglomerate is formed when the point of a lightning strike hits silica (sand).
These absolute gems of a find are often discovered in desserts and on many beaches, some found are as long as your arm!. Although formed by such a strong force they can be very delicate and break apart easily too.
As the lightning strike makes contact with the silica, just for one millisecond the intensity of the energy produced vaporises the material on the inside leaving behind the hollowed out blackened tube. The outer casing created within that split second blast is the fusing of the silica after melting.

These prized gems and their magnificent energy can be used as a very powerful allie when meditating, sending magical wishes of abundance out to family or friends or to the World .

One just has to carefully and mindfully blow air slowly through the tube, pointing it up skyward or out into the cosmos, imagine this lightning energy going back up, then spreading out far and wide, then cascading down from the heavens as showers of beautiful blessings.
