 Misconception

The common misconception of minnows is that if your posts dont get rewarded then you're a failure Steemian. That means our post rewards is the source of personal information (character, behavior, ability, creativity) in short, rewards is the deciding factor of our worth here in Steemit. The more we earn, then the more we deserve to be here. 

Its hard to imagine being a great writer, talented artist or amazing contributor and still have little to none rewards but is it true? Do we have to be sad because our posts dont get rewarded?

Proposal

I have tried proposing to remove the curation rewards but I think thats not the right answer link so to prevent unnecessary behavior and stress on my members I will create multiple seminars link for them. This will create a good foundation for them to fail but fail better. To find their own method of swimming in our vast ocean.

Questions for minnows

Imagine steemit without the aspect of monetary gain, what if you dont need money? What's your contribution(post) to the community?

We have an issue of appreciation, we see only the monetary aspect of this platform so what if we removed that, what then?

You'll be amazed of the unbiased support in every community! You wont find that easily anywhere plus they teach anyone who is willing to learn for free! This platform is amazing more than what your post rewards gives you! Summary

We cant remove the mindset of chasing rewards for those who join the platform but atleast we can tell them to appreciate the community more. 

  UPDATE: Valentine event, the first steemit sponsored event in pampanga thanks to @anarcotech, @surpassinggoogle, @starkerz and @steem-promotion. The final schedule for the event at Pamintuan Mansion Museum is February 13, 2018 - 7pm.We also hired a videographer for Dlive or Dtube upload of the event.WE THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY!
