The momofuku part of his restaurant chain means "lucky peach" and shares the name with Momofuku Ando who is credited as the inventor of instant noodles.

But I also got the opportunity to try lobster with mint Sauvignon, fried chicken with honey mustard powder, fermented sea bass with pickled radish and charred razor clams in dashi broth! This is the 2 week aged duck seared with broccolini which is considered the speciality of the restaurant.
