Many things may have or do happen as we speak to the moon.To be honest i think it is mostly ghost stories.I agree with you on the fact that government or NASA may have hidden basic evidence of the actual truth (such as area 51) but i don't believe that any kind of life existed there.I might be totally wrong though.From your side...it is an excellent presentation and a super lengthy article.
