THE MINISTRY OF STRANGE CHILDREN
STRANGE CHILDREN! They are all over the place, contriving fatal snares to the unwary soul and bring to pass the eternal ruin of the simple ones. May the Lord deliver your destiny from the unholy ministrations of strange children! Strange children are implacable in the compulsion to destroy the simple and unwary. They scoff and mock and taunt the builders and the innovators, but would rather fold hands and sit astride the fence themselves, without principles and conviction.
Noah encountered strange children. All the while he constructed the ark, scoffers mocked his obedience to God’s command even though they themselves were stone deaf to the call. Strange children.
Nehemiah encountered strange children. Sanballat the Horonite, Tobias the Amorite official and Geshem the Arabian who would not let Nehemiah build in peace, even build at all; they will not lift a finger to do the job themselves, and they would not stay out of the way either.
STRANGE CHILDREN.
I am certain you have faced some Sanballats in your time: they are loath to the responsibility and the tedium of building but are expert at mobilizing opposition to the common interest. They are demolition experts with their tongue, and they have remarkable memory for the negative. They persevere in reminding the builders of the constraints of the moment and past setbacks. That you wish to set your circumstance on the road to recovery is a source of distress to them.
When they see you take reconstructive steps they shift gear to the panic mode and scamper to scuttle your newfound vision. Because your former state makes them feel like their station in life is by far superior. For them old things never pass away. For if old things pass their time of oppressing and dominating you by blackmail would pass with it.
Above all else they hate to loose their influence over your life. But, child of God, you must forge ahead; pass through Sanbalat, survive Tobiah, and overcome Geshem for your destiny waits on the victory side!
STRANGE CHILDREN ARE EVERYWHERE.
The woman of Samaria had succumbed to the leaven of exploitative men until Jesus rescued her from their wily manipulations. All the strange men who got involved with the woman of Samaria saw her as easy prey. Surely, they would have heard rife gossip of the men-obsessed woman who spreads favors. They either would have approached her for their share or flirted with the idea in lust. They approached her not with marriage proposals in mind, but with amorous advances and exploitative machinations.
None of men came to evangelize woman of Samaria, to minister salvation to her soul. Rather they took advantage of her wayward living to make her space in hell a little wider and a lot hotter. None of them told her she had potential and a bright future. As they despitefully used her, they failed to decipher she was a large-scale city evangelizer in the making.
Make no mistake about it strange children are all over the place. These are the children of perdition in haste to self-destruction; misguided human explosives with sin as their warhead, ready to spread death and destruction to vast areas, once given allowance to detonate. Liberty for them translates as debauchery and their joy is the damnation of misled souls. Strange children are all over the place leading the simple minded to error, to sin and to death; helping to break apart homes; helping to put peers under intense social pressures; helping to cause general disaffection and irreparable damage to the world.
Strange children have scuttled more visions than one can care to count. As the Scripture succinctly describes them, they have come to help the weak-willed along the path of hurry, to eternal ruin.

Indeed strange children are everywhere. We need not look further than our friends. we ourselves might be the strange child. Personally, i havd been a strange child in one or two instances and i pray for forgiveness. Lets try our best not to use the weakness of others against them.
