Human rights in islam

The Islam political system should guarantee basic right to all people, including the following;
1 security of life and property

Allah commands in the Quran:-
Do not kill a soul which God has sacred except through due process of law (Quran 6:151)

During the farewell of the prophet, he told the believers this:
your lives and properties are forbidden to another one another until till you meet your lord on the day of resurrection

By this, neither the state nor any individual has any right to take away someone else's property, provided it was legally acquired, no one has a right to take anyone's life unless through the legal process, these injunctions apply to both Muslim and non Muslim citizens

2 protection of honour
A Muslim is to respect people's honor and avoid humiliating them in the eyes of other people, the holy Quran also mentioned this here:
do not allow yourself to speak ill of one another behind your backs (Quran49;)
_O you who believe, do not let one set of people make fun of another(Quran 9;11)

3 respect the chastity of women
Under the circumstances of peace and war, a Muslim is to respect a women chastity. This applies whether she's a Muslim or non Muslim, a fellow national or a stranger or an army, the Quran also speaks about it, the Quran says:-
do not go near adultery(quran 17:32)rape is an act of adultery and adultery carries a penalty

4 personal freedom

No one should be put in prison until he's been found guilty of an offence in open court, he must also be allowed to defend himself against any accusation

4 freedom of faith
The Quran talked about this
there should be no coercion in the matter of faith
Therefore non Muslim have right to practice their religion, Muslims can also invite them to Islam and welcome them if they decide to change but they are not to put any unfair moral, social or political pressure on them to change, they've got to show them love, care and things they deswece in the community, it ain't permissible for a Muslim to also abuse other people's religion, God says in his holy book
do not abuse those they appeal instead of allah(Quran 6:108)
This doesn't stop rational discuss of religion with non-Muslim only it must be done In decent way. T
