PREPARING FOR A NEW SEASON,THINGS TO DO

LOOK BACK AND DO APPRAISAL OF LAST SEASON- look back and do appraiser of last season,what success did i recorded last year, did I manage my time well,did I actually have a vision for the year that just finished,which destination did I got to last season, what profit did I made for the kingdom last season. Those are the relevant question to ask yourself as you look back.do an appraiser,look at your league table,where did you finish,if you have a vision did you achieve the vision at all or you are one of those that doesn't have any vision at all,how did you improve yourself last season.
A man got himself into a situation that makes him realise that is not what you wear but who you are,so you need to do something that will add value to your life in the new season.

PREPARE FOR A NEW SEASON- Its not wrong for you as a person not to have plans,if you ask some people what they will do in the new season they will say when will get to the bridge will cross it,you will never get to the bridge.that's not how to cross a bridge,to cross a bridge you must have seen it ahead and before you get there you must have been remising how to cross it.Its not wrong to have plans. If you ask some students what's their plans after graduation they will say"I will know what to do after graduation" YOU ARE A FOOL" even God is a God of plans.if you don't have strategy you will become a tragedy. If you don't plan for the future the future will plan for you.

SEE A VISION AND WRITE IT DOWN- if a person fail in the season that has finished then you look at the new season,you must sit down and see a vision,what you see is what you will become..if you see this season as your season it will be your season so you must see well this season,don't see nonsense so you must see this season as your season in which everything will work in your favour.
*what you want to become write it down,when you write it down,its something that you can not forget you and pursue it,you have to make it concrete and it will be easy for you to pursue.
So if you write it down,this your vision for the new season..you want to be this,you want to be that and God helping you pursuing it.

FIND A NEW PLAYER- If you sit down as a team,and you discover that you almost ended up in a relegation zone(below the table)in the previous season and you find out your players are not the best,you begin to buy new players.where you are right now your friendship contributed to it.if people around you are making success,making it in life something in you will start telling you that you need to sit up but if people around you are satisfy with failure you will think where you are is the best place to be.
So look at the people closest to you,they will determine your life..
So who are your strikers and defenders in your life if they are not good sell them and buy better players,all those old and tired legs that are not moving forward sell them.if your vision is to move forward anybody that's not going forward drop them.
If there is a LOT in your life that's causing you trouble you have to separate from them so that God can move you forward to the next level.
So those people that are not helping your destiny take them out so that your life can move forward.

CHANGE YOUR COACH- everything that fall and rise is based on leadership.you can have MESSI and RONALDO in the same team but if their coach is useless he won't know how to play them. Who's coaching you will determine how you finish in life.
We divide into two
1.physical
2.spiritual

PHYSICAL COACH- who is your physical coach.your mentor,who do you look up to,whose life is motivating you.if there is no one you need to appoint someone in the new season,you can't do well without a coach so you need someone who will give you instruction about life.

SPIRITUAL COACH- some of you don't have a pastor you only attend church,your pastor don't know about your relationship or anything that's going on your life but if there is an heartbreak you will come to church,your relationship, career,financial life need a coach that's why God has given you a pastor.
