Diary Game |April 21, 2025| Bitten by a Cat

I hope all is well in your end and that you are healthy. As for me, my day was well and I had to look at it that way even though I was bitten by a cat that lived in my mother's house. It was a stray cat and it came to my mother's house because it felt very weak and hungry.

Despite me being firm of saying not to adopt cats and dogs, I could not bear the sight of the cat being very hungry while we were enjoying food in the table.

Also, it meows faintly as if it was very weak, it is obviously malnourished. I could not afford for the cat to die in our house so we fed him and after weeks of giving food, it got accustomed to us. The cat also gained some weight and had recovered from it near-death experience.

Time went by fast and he comes close, asks for food and ask for scratches.

Slowly, he plays with my kids, but I always bremind them not to play with the cat to avoid being scratched or bitten.

Then he started to play with things like little rocks pretends it is a rat. It chases and catches the rock, like training itself for hunt. It made me happy because he feels playful and looks healthy.

But one night while we were having dinner, I stood up to get more food and passed by the cat from his back and then all of a sudden it got aggressive and bit me on the leg! Ouch! I said feeling a sting, I immediately washed the bitten area and immediately the blood went out from the wound.

My husband noticed and came to help, he pinched my wound causing more blood to come out and flush the wound. He also got some garlic and wiped it into my wound. It bothered me so much, I was being careful and now I was bitten by the cat.

I had been bitten twice by two dogs in different occasions back in my childhood but my aunt who was a doctor did not require me to get vaccinated. I was worried about my situation and so I thought of how to be vaccinated and where. It sure will require time effort and money but since it was already night, I only decided to finish dinner and rest and think of things on the next day.
