Ingredients For Thai Red Curry

  • Mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Baby Corn 1/2 or 2
  • Broccoli 1
  • Eggplant/ Brinjal 1/2
  • Large Tomato 1/2
  • Cloves Garlic 1
  • Soy Sauce 3/4 tablespoon
  • Vinegar 3/4 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Basil 1/2 leaves or 4
  • Vegetable Oil 3/4 tablespoon
  • Thai Red Chili 1/2
  • Black pepper & Salt As required
Cooking Method

First grind the Thai red chilli, garlic cloves, basil leaves, and black pepper in a grinder to make a fine paste. Then take pour oil in a glass bowl. Now place it in the microwave for 50 seconds. After that take it out from the microwave. Now add Thai Chilli paste in it & mix it with a spoon. Now it places it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Now take it out from the microwave. Make a chop with brinjal, broccoli, baby corns and mushrooms in a bowl. Place it in the microwave for 9 minutes. After that take it out from the microwave & add Vinegar, Soy Sauce & Suger. Now again places it in the microwave for 6-7 minutes. Now take it out from the microwave. Your Thai Red Curry is now ready to serve.
