DAILY SMOOTHIE - CREAMY MANGO, FIG AND BANANA DREAM
UP EARLY TODAY , SUNS PEEPING OUT AND IT LOOKS LIKE ITS GOING TO BE BLUE SKIES AGAIN - HURRAY :)
I AM GOING TO THE OPEN FRUIT MARKET TODAY AS FIGS AND MANGOS ARE IN ABUNDANCE HERE IN EGYPT AND I REALLY WANT TO PICK THE BEST AND FRESHEST FOR DINNER TONIGHT AND FOR THIS DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE WHEN I GET BACK....
This smoothie is full of crunchy richness from the figs and sweetness from the mango's . Figs are rich in vitamin A, B1, and B2, potassum and a good source of antioxidants. They can help to reduce your blood pressure.
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients = 2 glasses
2 medium sized ripe mangoes
2 medium sized bananas (frozens better makes it more creamy)
8-10 fresh figs (dried can be used)
½ cup almond milk or cashew milk or semi-skimmed milk
ice cubes (optional)
TO MAKE
Peel and chop the mangoes and bananas.
Add the chopped fruits and dried figs
Add the milk
Blend till smooth - pour into tall glasses - ENJOY
HAPPY SMOOTHIE-ING
(you will find a few seeds in the mix, this makes it lovely and crunchy)

Its really yummy :) - no I don't - Ive only really started blogging this way when I found steemit- I will look into it - I have posted a few under recipes, smoothies and fitness if you look back
