## Pulled Pork: Recipe ##
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE: -
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paper
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper black pepper
2 pork shoulder roasted (also called pork butt)
4 onions, half cut
1 bottle of good barbecue sauce and good quality hamburger roll, for service

See how to make this recipe: -- Mix a mixture of brown sugar, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne in a small bowl. Pour the pork on the shoulder and press all. Wrap the pork in a plastic sheet and refrigerate for over several hours or preferably overnight. It is preheat oven for 300 degree F. Put pork in a big pot on half of the onions.
