Mac and Cheese.

slab of butter in a sauce pan, chopped garlic, lots of heat, slowly add heavy cream, then half and half, whisk until simmering and add parmasean cheese, pour over al dente pasta, add mozzarella, mix well, add more mozzarella, parmasean, put three quarters of mix in a baking pan, dice four pieces of bread, mix bread with remaining quarter of mac and cheese then spread over top with still more mozzarella and pamasean. broil for five minutes or until cheese and bread are browned.
