Cheese Pancakes Dip Triangles for breakfast
One of the loved one dish in my family, you can make pancake dip triangles in breakfast. It is also very easy to make. It is made from a mixture of flour, cheese, ginger.
1 cup flour
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup peas
50 gm cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Ginger, garlic and green pepper paste
1 tbsp coriander leaves,
3 tablespoons oil
Salt as per taste.
Mix peas, cottage cheese, ginger and chilli paste, coriander leaves and salt in the curd.
Add salt to the flour and make a batter with water.
Make a pancake or chile on a hot griddle.
Put these dips on the batter and put a layer on top of it.
Apply a layer of dip on top of it, then season it and serve.
