MIXED SALAD WITH SHRIMP

Today I want to share this recipe that is very nutritious and fresh, to taste as a family, and as I always mention the creativity of each one of us makes gastronomy a culinary art. I hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS.

  • 1/2 kilos of potatoes
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Red paprika
  • 1 cup of cabbage
  • 3 Hard eggs
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp
  • 1 Cup of watercress
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons of parsley
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 2 Tablespoons of Ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to prepare:

Cook the potatoes and cut them into squares, cut the tomatoes into pieces and the peppers and the cabbage cut into strips.
Place the vegetables in a source in groups, so that they differ from each other.
Cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices and place them also at the source.
Place the shrimp in the center surrounded by watercress leaves.
Refrigerate for at least one hour and prepare the dressings in the meantime.
To season the potatoes and watercress, mix the oil with salt and parsley.
For the shrimp mix a portion of the mayonnaise with the tomato sauce and a little pepper, if you want you can add drops of lemon juice.
Use the rest of the mayonnaise for the cabbage, the tomatoes and the peppers.
