Chopped cutlets with cheese and bell pepper
These cutlets are juicy, aromatic and not fatty at all, because they are fried without oil. You can try the recipe to enjoy with family these days.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillet 500 g
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Hard cheese 60 g
- Chives or other greens ¹⁄₄ beam
- Eggs 1-2 pieces
- Starch 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste
Cooking
- Cut fillet and pepper into small cubes.
2 ․ Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the greens.
3 ․ Add eggs, starch, salt and pepper to the prepared ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spread the minced meat with a spoon on a pre-heated frying pan with non-stick coating.
Cook over low heat under a lid for approximately 7 minutes on each side.
Seems quite yummy food with red chillies. I need to give it a try.
