Marshmallow cake without baking

Ingredients

• 300 g of marshmallow;
• 250 grams of creamy fat;
• 50-100 g of sugar;
• 150 g of strawberries;
• 50-80 g of nuts;
• 150 g of kiwi fruit;
• Chocolate, candied fruits or berries - for decoration.
  
  

Preparation

Cut the marshmallow into strata approximately 5-8 mm thick. The easiest way to do this is by dipping a knife in boiling water. Set aside the marshmallow tops: they will be used for the top layer of the cake. The remaining parts are needed for the cake.

Cover the bottom of the mold with one layer of marshmallow and sprinkle it with cream from whipped cream with sugar. Top with a layer of sliced ​​strawberries, sprinkle with chopped nuts and again sprinkle with cream. Lay out the next layer of marshmallow, squeeze it with your hands, sprinkle with cream and distribute the slices of kiwi.

Any other fresh or canned fruit can be used for this cake. All of them are distributed between the layers of marshmallows and fastened with cream.

The last layer put the tops of marshmallows and send the cake to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, decorate with chocolate, candied fruits or berries.
