Vegetable with Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 lime zested & juiced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds’ salmon fillet
- 1-2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 large sweet pepper
- 1 small broccoli crown (about 1/2 pound), cut into florets
- 1/4 medium cauliflower (about 1/2 pound), cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 green onion chopped (for garnish)
