INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 lime zested & juiced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds’ salmon fillet
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 large sweet pepper
  • 1 small broccoli crown (about 1/2 pound), cut into florets
  • 1/4 medium cauliflower (about 1/2 pound), cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion chopped (for garnish)
