Ingredients:

• 125 grams of butter at room temperature
• 1 egg yolk
• 350 grams of cornstarch
• 200 grams of condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Beat the yolk, butter and condensed milk until it is creamy, we must sift the cornstarch and together with the baking powder and add it, mix until you get a uniform dough. Form balls with your hands and lightly squeeze them with a fork so you will achieve a different and beautiful look. Also, you can make some as baskets and then fill them with jam or whatever you like, finally bake at 160º from 12 to 15 minutes. Let them cool down and enjoy!
