The ingredients (for two people) are: spaghetti of yellow lentils and black bean spaghetti (200 gr), 250 gr of cherry tomatoes, a yellow pepper, an onion, 250 gr of champignon mushrooms, parsley, basil and spices to taste.

In a pan add a little water to fry the onion (no oil!) And add the diced bell pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms. While cooking vegetables, you can prepare protein paste: cooking times are respectively 6 and 4 minutes. Cut the parsley and basil and season with spices to taste. We have chosen spicy pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and sea salt. Serve and add a tablespoon of raw oil per serving. As you wish, you can also grate some cheese (vegan or not).
