I eat a whole foods, plant-based diet; by choice. I am very particular about what I put in my body, and I regularly fast & cleanse to rid myself of toxins. This recipe for overnight oats fits my criteria quite well. All ingredients can be plant based if you so choose. Best of all it tastes delicious and takes about 5-10 minutes to prepare.
