Blueberry apple smoothie
Ingredients.
- 1 cup of fresh bluberries.
- 1 apple.
- 1/2 yoghurt without sugar.
- 1 cup of boiled cool water.
- 1 tbsp of honey.
Step by step guides.
Step 1:
- Soak bluberries with cool water and baking soda or salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse again and drain it.
- Drain and rinse well apple, peeled, remove seeds and cut into piecies.
Step 2:
- Put apple, blurberries + 1/2 yoghurt, 1 cup of boiled cool water, honey into a blender and blend it until smooth.
Step 3:
- Final step is pour the smoothie into a cup, add more chipped ice and enjoy.
