Blueberry apple smoothie

Ingredients.

  • 1 cup of fresh bluberries.
  • 1 apple.
  • 1/2 yoghurt without sugar.
  • 1 cup of boiled cool water.
  • 1 tbsp of honey.

Step by step guides.

Step 1:

  • Soak bluberries with cool water and baking soda or salt water for about 10 minutes, rinse again and drain it.
  • Drain and rinse well apple, peeled, remove seeds and cut into piecies.

Step 2:

  • Put apple, blurberries + 1/2 yoghurt, 1 cup of boiled cool water, honey into a blender and blend it until smooth.

Step 3:

  • Final step is pour the smoothie into a cup, add more chipped ice and enjoy.
